• — Above rates are per room per night
• — Above rates include breakfast
• — 2 guests per room or 2-4 guests for Sang Dao House and Sang Jan House, no additional charge for children under 12 years old
• — Check–in time is 14.00 hrs. Check out time is 12.00 hrs.
• — Early check–in or late check–out is subject to availability
• — Pets are not allowed
• — Heavy cooking and disturbing is not allowed

Reservation Conditions

• — Payment or money transferring must be completed on the confirmed date otherwise other customers can be privileged.
• — For money transferring, please kindly confirm by faxing the payment slip with details of reservation such as name address, contact number and accommodation.
• — No refund or any changes after money transferring.
• — We are authorized to change or update rates and fees without notice.
• — For your benefits, please carefully find information before reservation.
