However, since the mobile app was launched later than the web version, some frontend features are still being developed. Currently, the mobile app is a companion to the web version.
We are working at full speed on mobile development to match all features with the web platform.

When adding new AI features, we strive to maintain the platform’s user-friendly interface. We always aim to keep the learning curve low and ensure that users can easily learn the tool without the need for a detailed product tour.
Through A/B testing, we try to select the best design among the options we’re uncertain about. Instead of adding too many features, we integrate the ones that are user-driven and align with their needs.
How do you see the role of AI evolving in personal productivity tools over the next few years?
When we think about the role of AI in personal productivity tools over the next few years, we can say that we are currently in the second phase. In the first phase, AI helped organize users’ daily tasks and manage their calendars, which was a critical step in enhancing productivity and simplifying time management. Users were able to plan their to-do lists more efficiently with the help of AI.
In the current second phase, AI has become more sophisticated, breaking down users’ tasks into meaningful subtasks, making each task more manageable. Additionally, AI is now taking over parts of tasks on behalf of the user, encouraging them to focus only on the critical and creative aspects. This enables users to work more efficiently and stay focused.

In the third phase, AI will fully understand the user’s needs and take over managing all tasks by itself, minimizing the need for user intervention. This will save users time and maximize their productivity. This evolution will turn AI from just a helper into a proactive partner in every step of the user’s productivity journey.

BeforeSunset AI’s philosophy of “finish your tasks before sunset” influenced our product design to promote a calm and productive lifestyle. To encourage users to focus and complete tasks efficiently, we used teal and coral colors, creating a peaceful yet positive atmosphere.
With a minimalist design approach, we allowed users to complete their tasks without stress, offering a seamless experience that combines productivity with tranquility.
As someone leading a rapidly growing AI productivity platform, how do you personally manage your time and maintain work-life balance?
Managing my time with BeforeSunset AI has become one of my best habits. I prioritize tasks and aim to finish everything before sunset. Of course, my walking days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday) are part of the routine too; these times give me a chance to recharge both physically and mentally.
By taking short breaks during work and setting aside some personal time in the evenings, I maintain a good work-life balance. So, while working efficiently, I also try to live a calm life following the “BeforeSunset” philosophy.
